Hi, I’m Brady Stammen, the owner of Stammen Solutions. Technology has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve turned that passion into helping others with their devices. I repair computers, laptops, phones, and other tech, making sure they run smoothly and reliably. As a sole owner, I handle all the work myself—allowing me to keep costs lower while still providing quality, dependable service. Whether it’s fixing a broken screen, speeding up a slow computer, or setting up a new device, I take pride in offering solutions that make everyday technology simple again.

What are your prices?

Since I run Stammen Solutions as a sole owner, I keep my overhead low. That means I can usually offer more affordable prices compared to larger shops. Costs depend on the specific repair, but I’ll always give you a fair quote before starting any work.

How long does a typical repair take?

All repairs vary, we take pride in our quality of work and take our time assuring that the issue is correctly resolved. The typical repair timeframe is around 1-5 days.

Do you offer on-site repair?

Varies, I typically focus on repairs within my workshop. However, I can arrange appointments for home/on-site services if needed.

What are your hours of operation

Tues. - Thurs. 9 AM - 3 PM EST

Sat & Sun 8 AM - 4 PM EST

Do you use new parts with repairs?

Yes. I source high quality parts ensuring that the problem stays fixed. However if a customer is looking for a more budget-friendly option, I can source refurbished parts.

Do I get a quote before the repair?

Yes! I will always provide a quote before beginning any work. Typically you will receive a few different estimates based on your budget.

What happens if a repair cannot be completed?

If I cannot repair the device or it is beyond repair you will not be charged.

How long will a screen replacement take on my iPhone?

The typical repair service for replacing a screen will be completed within 1-2 day(s) of receiving replacement part. Expedited service plans are availible.
